The TB/HIV mission report is out. Now would be a good time to have a press release and press conference about it.

Figure 1 on page three should be on the computer desktop of everyone involved in HIV in Myanmar. It shows the success of the prevention response, largely due to Myanmar people before there was a large national response, and the ongoing epidemic among people who inject drugs.

TB/HIV is a big thing for WHO. They have been pushing collaborative activities for over a decade with little progress. The most important, some would say only, activity that is critical is HIV testing among people newly diagnosed with TB. Myanmar is improving.
