The World Bank invests about one-quarter of its budget for country services in knowledge products.

However more than 31 percent of World Bank policy reports are never downloaded.

Almost 87 percent of World Bank policy reports were never cited while only 13 percent of reports were downloaded 250 times.

The World Bank should think twice before doing or publishing any policy research and publication.
