ICAAP 10 in Busan, Korea, could be known as the 'Silent ICAAP'. Or perhaps the 'Private ICAAP'.
The website has no useful videos on its website. There are no presentations or abstracts on the site. The videos have nice music but little useful content. There is no daily newsletter. SEA-AIDS and AIDS Asia are almost silent.
The only information to come out of ICAAP 10 is about the arrests.
What's up? Is attendance low? Is nothing happening? Is it all just the old same same? Why are those in attendance not taking responsibility for sharing what is going on? No one has sent HIV Information for Myanmar [him] a single abstract or presentation .... and it appears that there is nothing pressworthy.
Sad. And not much use to the people at home in Myanmar.
