The [him] moderator does not know where Suu Kyi gets her drug information from. Perhaps among young urban Burmans methamphetamine is a bigger problem. It would be interesting to see if there is any data or evidence for this assertion. But for nonBurmans, especially those in Kachin and Shan, heroin continues to be a big problem.
