There are several documents that are missing

On 2 June  I wrote"

APCOM @apcom tweeted on 20 May "22-23 May 2014 the City-Based Hidden/ Positive MSM Consultation in Yangon, Myanmar". Is there any public information on the consultation or is it hidden, too?

And an anonymous reader has asked "What about the gender review that was performed during the national HIV strategy mid term review?  Will it ever be released?" Thanks for the good question.

And hey, what about that national HIV strategy mid term review? Where is it?

Transparency is part of being accountable. And these documents should inform programing. Why are these documents not publicly available?
