DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS: 31 August 2009

The Fund Manager of the Three Diseases Fund, on behalf of a Donor Consortium formed by Australia, the European Commission, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom, invites sealed proposals from qualified implementing partners for providing services to contribute to the Malaria, Tuberculosis and HIV national response in Myanmar, as described in the documents attached to this solicitation.

Please be advised that the Three Diseases Fund reserves the right to amend the proposal documents at any time. Any amendments or clarifications will be posted here. Interested agencies are kindly requested to visit this website before submitting their proposals.

Special Procurement Conditions

The successful implementing partner will ensure that essential drugs and non-pharmaceutical medical supplies procured under the 3DF grant meet internationally recognized quality criteria.

Proposals must be delivered before 31 August 2009 at 16.00hrs local time (Yangon) in a sealed envelope to the “Three Diseases Fund, Myanmar, ROUND III Proposal” at the address below.

Please note that no remuneration will be made to bidders for preparation and submission of bids.
