A few preliminary comments:

1) There are no new prevention targets. WTF. Where are they?

2) There is a lovely graphic on page 7 showing the that global prevention burden is mostly in thirty countries. Below. But are these countries the ones with the greatest disease burden for treatment?

3) Since most of the world's population lives in cities, of course most prevention and treatment will be in cities.

4) The map on pages 4 and 5 is overburdened with data.

I await the full plan for the new UNAIDS Fast Track.
