UNAIDS report including Myanmar

Always interesting to see the annual July report from UNAIDS. Myanmar is there.

https://www.unaids.org/en/resources/documents/2020/global-aids-report#AIDS2020Virtual

Myanmar has reported increased HIV self testing, more properly called self screening, since the beginning of the pandemic. It is on p21. Is there a public report to show that this occurs or is it only known through "Internal UNAIDS data"?

It is reported that in Myanmar 95% of people *treated for HIV* are virally suppressed. Or are 95% of people *who are tested for viral load* virally suppressed? Incredibly, both figures are in the table on p76.

I would hate to think that someone is playing fast and loose with the figures.

Myanmar is among the many countries in Asia that do not report on progress towards meeting this year's 90-90-90 targets on p284. What is the use of setting targets if no one reports progress towards them?
