What do you think of named reporting of people with HIV?

What do [him] readers think of Narinjara reporting the names of people with HIV? The [him] moderator has removed the names in this posting so it is clear what he thinks of it.

Model Villagers Die of AIDS and Malaria

Recently arriving model villagers have died with AIDS and malaria in a model village situated on the western Burmese border near Bangladesh, reports Taungbro hospital.
In the report, a doctor from Taungbro hospital declared that three patients from the model village recently died at the hospital suffering from AIDS and malaria.
According to the report, on 26 May 2007, BLANK, aged 39, son of BLANKER, from WHATEVER model village opposite Guangdon of Bangladesh, died with AIDS at the hospital of Taungbro.
On 14 June 2007, Tin Maung Win, aged 18 months, son of U Aye Min, died from Malaria at the hospital; on 8 June 2007, Aung Kyaw Soe, aged 28, son of U Khin Soe, died at the Taungbro hospital from an undiagnosed illness.
The deceased model villagers arrived at Taungbro from Burma proper along with 447 family members in the first week of April 2007.
Local residents reportedly believe that the Burmese military government set up a few model villages in northern Arakan to be settled with AIDS and leprosy patients from Burma proper.

    It is totally inappropriate for the public to know who has what disease. Isn't that an infringement of people's privacy? But I think it would be OK if the news source were given the explicit permission by those affected.
