"Strategic interventions identified include focusing on scaling up and sustainability of prevention and treatment services, increasing coverage of HIV counseling and testing services, enhancing coverage of ART for people living with HIV, scaling up coverage of Methadone Maintenance Therapy to establish continuum of care framework, and scaling up HIV-TB integration."

Whatever happened to scaling up coverage of methadone?
