While you wait and wait and wait for covid19 coronavirus testing to scale up, there is a lot you can do to prevent infection and making the epidemic worse.
1) Physical distancing, cough and sneeze into your sleeve, don't touch your eyes, nose and mouth, wash your hands.
2 ) Find people with the symptoms of cough or fever or both.
3) Isolate people with these symptoms at home. People can leave isolation when seven days have passed after symptoms begin, and they have no fever for three days without fever reducing medication, and they have no respiratory symptoms.
4) Care for these people. Care is the *same* whether they have the virus or not. See this graphic.

5) Test them (or not).
6) Repeat steps 3), 4), and 5) for their close contacts who spend a lot of time within a metre of them.
That's it.
