MANA (Insein) reorganized

NLM, Yangon, 2 June - New executive members of Myanmar Anti-Narcotics Association (Insein) were reorganized at the office of Insein Township Peace and Development Council today.

Secretary U Hoat Sun of Insein Township PDC made an opening speech. The secretary of the association reported on tasks of the association.

A total of nine patrons, a chairman, a secretary and 15 executive members were elected for MANA (Insein). The patrons, the vice-chairman and the secretary submitted reports on future tasks and fundraising.

Patron U Yan Naung and Chairman U Yin Kyaw of the association presented K 110,000 to the secretary of Insein Township PDC for the funds of MANA (Insein).
The association will organize basic education level essay, poem and poster contests to mark International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking and the prize presentation ceremony will be held on 26 June.
