What causes HIV/AIDS, talked in Kyaikto

NAY PYI TAW, 5 March-As part of Far-flung Townships Socio-economic Development Programme, an educative course on HIV/AIDS knowledge was opened in Kyaikto Township, Mon State on 26 February.

Chairman of the Township Peace and Development Council U Tin Aung Win, Manager of Mon/ Kayin State FTSDP U Win Htin spoke on the occasion.

Chairperson of the township Maternal and Child Welfare Association Daw Yin Yin Myat and U Khine Kyaw Htun of FTSDP Anti-HIV Project gave educative talks on prevention against HIV and AIDS.

A total of 40 female trainees from 40 villages are attending the five-day course.
