Dear members,

As one of the Scientific Chairs for next year's XVIII International AIDS Conference (IAC) in Vienna (2010), I am seeking some input into issues and topics that you consider important for our region, to be included in the Scientific Program including the Plenary and Non Abstract driven sessions.

I would appreciate if members can highlight the key HIV/AIDS related issues important to their communities/ countries - so that not only will the scientific agenda of the conference reflect the needs perceived by the communities but also the scientific deliberations next year at IAC remain useful for the affected communities.
