သူမေမြးၿပီးၿပီးခ်င္းမွာ AZT, 3TC နဲ ့ nervirapine “နက္ဗရာပိုင္း ” ေဆးေတြကို ဆရာ၀န္ေတြက တုိက္ေႂကြးခဲ့တာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ပံုမွန္အားျဖင့္ ဒီေဆးေတြဟာ လူႀကီးေတြကိုသာ တုိက္ေႂကြးတာ ျဖစ္ေပမယ့္ HIV ေရာဂါပိုး ကင္းစင္သြားတဲ့ ဒီကေလးငယ္ဟာ ဒီလို ေဆးေတြကို ဆက္ေသာက္ရဦးမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ေမြးကတည္းက HIV ေရာဂါပိုးပါလာတဲ့ ကေလးငယ္ ေနာက္ထပ္ (၅၀) ဦးကိုလည္း သူတုိ႔ ေမြးဖြားၿပီးၿပီးခ်င္း (၄၈) နာရီအတြင္း အခု ကေလးငယ္လုိပဲ ေဆး၀ါးေတြ စမ္းသပ္တုိက္ေကၽြးၿပီး ကုသဖို႔ စီစဥ္ေနတယ္လုိ႔ ဒီဆရာ၀န္အဖြဲ႔က ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္။
