A reader has offered this comment on constraints to doubling the number of people on treatment. Any other comments?

"An important constraint beyond finance is lack of culturally and linguistically appropriate information reaching people in their own language -- most particularly, minorities.  "Universal Access" begins with universal access to information. This is true regarding both prevention and treatment.  This is a problem throughout the Greater Mekong Subregion, not just in Burma.While good information does not guarantee good choices, lack of information virtually guarantees bad ones. If people do not receive information in their own language, they are not receiving information."
