   One of my friends who knows the story is still quiet. Maybe he is a representative of INGO or fear of reaching hard time in somehow; something can be happened to everyone in Myanmar. If someone can wake him up, there will be a lot to read which can result viewing clear picture on wide screen. Hey, guy-wake up! Say something to us.

   It is really happened as Magway NAP doctor does HIV testing at her private clinic (without counseling and agreement) whenever her son brings sex workers and she discloses the results to her son for avoiding HIV transmission. But as a technical person, she should have learned the pattern of Viral Load and Window period. The problem is not only this poor sex worker who is told HIV+ by her son and then spread the messages in town, every time before her son have sex, she (NAP doctor) did the same HIV testing practices to every sex workers in Magwe. For me as a human being, it is totally unacceptable and we must stop it now. Someone might say this is too personal message but consider what is her position and profession and how such a person can lead the HIV/AIDS program in the dry zone where I was born and brought up. Again, not even a HIV+ sex worker in Magway have access to ART provided at Magway general hospital and the discriminatory attitude of health personnel upon sex workers is reaching at the highest points, which really foster the limited access to health care services. Only a pimp who is HIV+ have access to ART which is promoted by previous regional doctor.
