The Kyaw Specialist Clinic in Mandalay is said to be partnering with the AIDS Healthcare Foundation to try to do one million HIV tests in the week preceding World AIDS Day 1 December.
This is a loony idea. Can any readers tell us more about the Kyaw Specialist Clinic?

Oops! Being a medical doctor is not profesional for VCCT! HIV testing is widely available at GP's clinics in MDY but quality counseling is urgently needed to improve. I don't think Kyaw clinic has capicity to perform HIV testing.
